Slavicas-dog-in-Sombor

Slavica we didn't get a picture of. She was our first CS host, and we were too shy. We did get a picture of her dog, though. Slavica gave us a warm room for the night, and we really enjoyed talking to her. She's a retired english teacher in her mid 60s, who now teaches yoga and travels loads. Last year she spent a month in Burma, volunteering with children, and this year she's planning to travel in Thailand. We find her very inspiring and admired her spirit! - - - - - Slavica volt az első Couchsurfing szállásadónk, és túl félénkek voltunk, hogy fotót készítsünk vele. (Ez itt Slavica kutyusa.) Igen kár, mert az arca remekül illusztrálta volna a karakterét. Slavica a hatvanas évei közepén jár, nyugalmazott angoltanár, aki most jógát oktat és rengeteget utazik. Tavaly Burmában tanított gyerekeket, idén pedig Thaiföldet tervezi bejárni. Elképesztő lendület van benne, s nagyon ispiráló volt az a pár óra, amíg vele beszélgettünk.
